Master Sang Han is the first Korean-American disciple of Master Chen Xiao Xing who Executive Principal of Chen Jia Gou Taijiquan School. Master Han is a founder and principal of Han’s Taiji Academy USA in San Diego, where he teaches classical Chen Family Taijiquan as taught by Master Chen Xiao Xing in Chenjiagou. 4.  Lao JIa Yi Lu (Old Frame No.1)
Old Frame First Road: Laojia Yilu – The traditional Chen family long form which contains 75 movements. “Laojia Yilu” translates as “old frame first road”.
This is the mother form from which the Yang, Wu, Son, and other styles developed.
By training this oldest form of Taijiquan, practitioners are required to understand a balance of Yin and Yang, which can be said a combination of softness, sturdiness, slowness, and fastness.
