1.Raise hands together, palms face down, put the hands under the chin, push down the hands with energy from
Nogoong to Esophagus, Pylorus.
2. Drawing circles over the stomach X 24 times
3. Again, drawing circles over the stomach x 36 times
4. Keep drawing circles over the stomach, envisage that the energy from your palms, send the energy to the stomach.
5. Keep drawing circles over the stomach, feel the stomach size with the palms.
6. Put hands together, make more strong energy, push the energy to stomach.
7. We will take out toxin from stomach to anus, first push toxin from stomach to duodenum, small intestine,
ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectum, anus.
4. Lung Qigong
1. Raise hands together, put the hands over the lungs, draw circles the hands with energy from Nogoong.
2. Drawing circles over the lungs. X 24 times
3. Again, drawing circles over the lungs. X 36 times
4. Keep drawing circles over the lungs, envisage that the energy from your palms, send the energy to the lungs.
5. Keep drawing circles over the lungs., feel the lungs, size with the palms.
6. Make more strong energy, push the energy to lungs.
