1.  who trained in Golden Rishi Qigong & Tai Chi for 5 yrs.
2.  who have completed the Instructor course 20hrs.
3.  who have to teach students on Qigong & Tai Chi school for more than 48 hours.
4.  who has passed the Laojia form examination.
