4.  Lao JIa Yi Lu (Old Frame No.1)
Old Frame First Road: Laojia Yilu – The traditional Chen family long form which contains 75 movements. “Laojia Yilu” translates as “old frame first road”.
This is the mother form from which the Yang, Wu, Son, and other styles developed.
By training this oldest form of Taijiquan, practitioners are required to understand a balance of Yin and Yang, which can be said a combination of softness, sturdiness, slowness, and fastness. These four requirements have to be fulfilled while practicing Taijiquan. In other words, slowness is just part of the requirements for Taijiquan training. Yu Bei Shi – Preparing the Form
